My name is Ashley Offord, LPC and I can't wait to assist you on your road to living a happier, more fulfilling life. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been in the counseling field for 14 years. I enjoy working with individuals, adolescents, children, and families. I recently received my credential as LPC-S, which allows me to supervise Associate Licensed Counselors in the state of Alabama.
About Ashley
I specialize in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, parenting issues, relationship issues, mood instability, and adjustment issues. I have worked extensively with children, adolescents, and families through outpatient counseling, school counseling, and family therapy in an inpatient setting. I use cognitive behavioral techniques to help individuals better cope and overcome these obstacles.
My office is located at Healthy Solutions Counseling and Consulting where you can expect a professional and relaxing atmosphere. At your first visit, you can expect to be asked a little bit about what prompted you to seek professional help as well as given information about how the counseling journey works.
